Lance Schmidt is a CVA-Certified Valuation Analyst with NACVA, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and provides Business Valuations and Asset Appraisals that comply not only with NACVA standards but with the Standards of USPAP-Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and Statements on Standards for Valuation Services of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. Lance is also a former CPA and has been involved with over a thousand business valuations.

Mr. Schmidt’s credentials and hands-on experience in Accounting, Auditing, Management, Business Brokerage and Mergers & Acquisitions uniquely qualifies him to provide Certified USPAP Business Valuations and Asset Appraisals, Expert Witness Testimony, Intermediary Services, Business Plans, Exit Planning, and General Business Consulting. He has been a Certified Valuation Analyst with National Business Appraisers for almost two decades!
